 1: Collect the prospectus by sending a demand draft of Rs.800 with CD.

 2: Filled in Application Form

 3: Following documents must be submitted with the Application Form with Enrollment

     Fees of Rs. 5,000.                                                                                                                       

a)      Class 10^th Marksheet-2 sets

b)      Class 12^th Marksheet-2 sets

c)      Original 20Medical Fitness copy and eye test/ Color vision test certificate

d)      Latest Passport size Photographs in white shirt.

e)      Photocopy of Passport                                                                                             

 STEP: 2

CHECK LIST FOR ADMISSION TO EAGLE AIR ACADEMY [PHILIPPINE]

1: Eagle Air Enrollment Form.

2: Police Clearance authentication by Philippine Embassy.

3: Photo copy of Passport.

4: Proof of Financial Support by authenticated by Philippine Embassy.

5: Pre flight training certificate.

6: Drug Screening Urinalysis Test.

7: Photo / ID Picture (1*1-6 pcs and 2*2-4 pcs) .It must be in white shirt with white collar and white background.

8: Registration Fee of $200.00 (nonrefundable) .Indian students may pay in equivalent in Rs. In favour of ASIATIC INTERNATIONAL AVIATION CORP. INDORE

Additional requirements must be submitted for applicants who had prior flying experience.

9: Photo copy of Pilot License and current Airman Medical Certificate.

10: Photo copy of the last 5 pages of your log book and instructor A endorsement

6: Invitation from EAGLE AIR ACADEMY.

8: Bank statement last six months.

9: IT Return last 3 yrs.

10: Fee Receipt from Philippine

STEP: 4

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CONVERSION OF CPL 

1: Current DGCA Class 1 medicals

2: Current RTR license issued by WPC

3: DGCA theory papers passed

4: 200 hrs of flying as per DGCA syllabus

5: Verification of St d 10^th and 12^th educational qualifications from the respective boards of examinations.
